“It was great to see guests start to arrive on opening day. I think I can say from all the staff here it was an emotional moment welcoming those first visitors back through the gates. It has been a long 9 months with the park being closed and we are so appreciative of the support we have received. The staff have worked extremely hard under such challenging conditions and I was extremely pleased with how our opening week went.”
“The industry as a whole has changed massively taking on board all the new guidance and safety procedures issued to keep both their staff and guests safe. 1. Check out our COVID-19 FAQs – We completely appreciate that during these changing times that you’re bound to have questions. We’re pretty sure we’ve covered most of them here!
2. Know our Opening Times – We are currently announcing our opening times on a phased basis. These will be communicated on our website and social media the week previous.
3. Book your tickets online – As part of our COVID-19 measures, all tickets must be purchased online in advance. We are currently selling July & August tickets & receive a 10% discount on day passes!”
